You do not need a bank account to receive and spend Wasel Credits. However, you will need a bank card if you are purchasing the credits. The recipient doesn’t need a bank account, only an email address & phone number to create his or her account.

Yes, you can. We simply ask for an email address. We will then send the recipient an email notifying him that he has received Wasel Credits, which will include a link to download the app.

Transferring credits is instantaneous. It takes literally seconds.

Each £1 is equal to 10 Wasel Credits.

We have a fixed service charge of 3% for purchasing Wasel Credits from the app.  Everything else is free – from sending the Credits to as many people as you wish, to spending it at our merchants, to getting discount on your purchase.
